Our favorite hotel stay in Ireland! Friendly helpful staff! Comfy bed and pillows! Our room was decorated so quaint and it was clean and cozy. Loved the robes provided for shower. It was a couple days before my daughter’s birthday and they left her a birthday note with fine chocolates. Would definitely stay here again!!!!! Great hotel!

the room smelled sweat so was moved to another corner room. The room was in chilly side as main bedroom radiator didnt work the car parking is ridiculous - cant get out Pool is nice compulsory swimming caps outdated no soap showers either €5 a night to park if use external booking partners no idea why so I didnt dine in hotel at all !

This was an easy check in and check out process. The staff had amazing recommendations for things to do in Galway and restaurants. Right of Quay and not a far walk from the bus/train station. Highly recommend
